I've always been captivated by the principles of Feng Shui (wind-water) the ancient Chinese art of arranging living spaces

Subsequently, I've tried to incorporate its principles into my home and renovation projects where possible. My journey led me to a course with Katie North, a renowned contemporary Feng Shui expert, whose mentorship revealed to me that Feng Shui can be viewed as supporting practical, healthy living than superstition or astrological alignments.

Feng Shui, at its heart, is about creating a fluid, harmonious environment in your home. It's about crafting spaces that embody calmness, strength, health, and positive energy – a sanctuary for life's varied experiences. As a hypnotherapist, I understand how our surroundings impact both our conscious and subconscious minds, echoing the ancient Chinese wisdom about human nature.

My services cater to a diverse clientele, whether you're a homeowner or a renter, at any stage of your living space's journey. Renters, who often feel limited by their lease agreements, can still benefit from Feng Shui without affecting their rental conditions. Feng Shui can be a great anchoring point at the start of a renovation project to really help nail down what the objectives are for each space, and thus their location / layout for best optimisation.

As philosophy behind Feng Shui is that your physical/material environment mirrors and influences your internal state, we'll start by exploring your space's purpose, usage, preferred colours vs advised colours, and materials, integrating them to not only enhance the environment but equally to reflect your personal style too. It's about achieving a state of shu fu (舒服), or harmony, in your everyday world.

Feng Shui doesn't need to be about strict rules. It's a thoughtful, long-term approach to how your space can best serve you, creating an abode of safety, comfort, creativity, and joy. It is also not just about neutral, sparse empty spaces, one can still achieve the objectives in a space full of objects and personal belongings, the space is about telling and supporting your story. Furthermore, my services can adapt to any budget, focusing on the best possible outcome for your comfort zone.

Understandably, altering an established space can be emotional, much like therapy. As a therapist, I work at your pace, guiding you through the process with empathy and understanding.

For more details or to book a consultation, feel free to contact me. I'm based in Paris and available in London once a month. Our initial meeting involves a property visit to evaluate the space and discuss your lifestyle and goals. Following this, I'll provide a tailored plan with suggestions for alterations or additions, including shopping recommendations. You have the option for me to purchase items or oversee the work, or you can implement the ideas independently.

Sessions are charged per stage, at £70/80E for 1.5 - 2 hours, conducted in English or some French.
